Twitter Bootstrap

Bootstrap is a toolkit from Twitter designed to kickstart development of webapps and sites.  It includes base CSS and HTML for typography, forms, buttons, tables, grids, navigation, and more.

Typically I’m not a huge fan of development frameworks like this one, but digging into it there seems to be quite a few things to learn.  Another framework worth looking into is the responsive Skeleton that comes from one of Twitter’s designers Dave Gamache (also on Tumblr).

Star Wars Episode IV Opening Crawl
Guillermo Esteves just secured his spot in the geek kingdom with his recreation of the Star Wars Episode IV opening crawl using only HTML & CSS.  The only downside is it requires Safari 4.0.4 to work correctly.
Guillermo Esteves:

I’m done: Star Wars opening crawl, using only HTML & CSS. Caveats: It only works in Snow Leopard in Safari 4.0.4 and the WebKit nightly. Nothing else supports the CSS 3D transforms and animations I used, but I just wanted to see if it could be done.
