I am a designer who lives in code, entrepreneur, and an idea incubator driven to make our world a better place.
I’m excited to be in our new space for Style Hatch. We have a lot of work ahead of us with our new Turnstone desks being delivered today, a kitchen to install, and a mountain of wood for our design and build out.
We have some fresh new themes for Tumblr in the works—unlike anything else we’ve launched. Beyond themes we are evolving Style Hatch to give people the tools, resources and designs to express their creativity and genius online.
It feels good to have a fresh start, full of vision and excitement for what’s ahead.
One of many cosmonaut paintings by the talented Jeremy Geddes. I simply couldn’t pass up ordering a limited edition and signed print of The Red Cosmonaut for the New Ezra / Style Hatch office.
It’s only a matter of time before Bobby Solomon features Jeremy in The Fox is Black’s Space Suit of the Week series of posts.
After three weeks in the new New Ezra and Style Hatch office space it is finally starting to take shape. Now there is plenty of room to expand the team with two or three talented people in the coming months.
As you can see all the walls are bare and empty. I would love to fill the walls with art, prints and interesting books. As I start to look for the right pieces this week, any suggestions you have would be amazing. What do you think should go on the walls?
A quick video of the new 37signals office. Aside from the architectural layout and vast amount of space, the use of texture throughout is inspiring.

Why is it so easy at times to overlook the simple solutions?
After moving into a new office space this week in sunny Dana Point, CA, I’m on the search to deck out my new space lighting, art, and apparently coasters. These flowing city coasters slowly flood the city of Taipei, Taiwan as your cool beverage starts to sweat. $12 for a set of two in black or clear available on MollaSpace.
Any other suggestions on items for the new space?
