Three Legged Legs joined forces with agency Droga5 to create this animated spot for Method Cleaners to air on Virgin flights. The characters and animations are incredibly well done, but the most impressive fact is that the piece wasn’t created in After Effects or Flash but all the animation was done in Photoshop.

Digital artist and matte painter Swinspeed beautifully composites multiple stock images to create imaginative and surreal landscapes. His Flickr photostream is full of inspiring landscape compositions, but some of my other favorite images are The Healing Nimbus and Last Days.
I’m blown away by the results that this video shows for selecting hair in Photoshop CS5. Between all of the new features Photoshop CS5, After Effects CS5 and Flash CS5 I’ll be upgrading my Master Collection to CS5 as soon as possible.
